This presentation will help attendees identify common dietary mistakes that may be impacting their arthritis. They will learn which dietary habits help reduce inflammation and pain, and which make it worse. Ms. Arrey will help participants choose at least one goal they can work towards on the road to a healthier diet with less inflammation and therefore less pain.
